We understand how frustrating it can be when technical glitches like this occur. We are aware of this bug where the camera only displays a black screen or flickers when portrait mode and 4K are both enabled. Our team is working tirelessly to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, here’s a workaround you can use:
1. Open the app and navigate to ‘Settings’.
2. In the ‘Settings’ menu, look for ‘4K’ and turn it off.
3. Now, go back to the main screen and open the recording view.
4. Within the recording view, open the camera settings.
5. Turn off ‘Portrait Mode’ in the camera settings.
After you’ve followed these steps, you can now turn on ‘4K’ recording again in the app settings. Everything should work as expected.
