How Can I Delete My Account?

Looking to delete your account? We understand that sometimes these decisions need to be made. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can do this right from our mobile app:

1. Open the Teleprompter app on your mobile device.

2. Navigate to ‘Settings’.

3. From there, tap on ‘My Account’.

4. Within the ‘My Account’ section, you will find a ‘Delete Account’ button. Tap on it.

For security reasons, you will be required to sign in again before the deletion process is initiated. This extra step helps ensure that only the account owner can make such significant changes.

Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible. You’ll lose all data and information associated with your account. Therefore, we advise you to take a moment and ensure this is what you want to do.
