Introduction


"MK App Kft. " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased subscription from MK App Kft. and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date. This applies to subscriptions purchased directly from us. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are sold and billed by Apple, and refunds for those are handled by Apple — see “Purchases made through Apple (App Store)” below.


Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:


Purchases made through Apple (App Store):
If you subscribed through Apple — inside our iOS app or anywhere else via the App Store — Apple is the seller and merchant of record for that purchase. Apple processes the payment, holds the funds and manages the subscription, which means we have no access to the transaction and cannot issue a direct refund for it. Refund requests for App Store purchases have to be made to Apple, and Apple reviews and decides them at its own discretion. To request one, follow these instructions on Apple's website. Cancelling an Apple subscription also happens on Apple's side, in your Apple ID subscription settings — deleting the app does not stop billing. If Apple declines your request we are not able to overturn it, but you are welcome to contact us at support@teleprompter.com and we will help however we can.

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
